Indians have one last chance to save net neutrality

Indian netizens have been fighting hard to preserve net neutrality this year, as mobile carriers and Facebook have been pushing zero-rating services in the country. The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) released a report on the issue with its recommendations to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) last month, that largely preserved net neutrality principles.
